Refund Dispute:
Any credit charge that is disputed and Fortune Distribution. / is not found at fault, and that Seller has done its best according to its policies, will have a $10 fee assessed to the customer to cover a merchant service chargeback fee. The $10 is a fee that is charged Fortune Distribution. / by the processing bank.

All merchandises leaves the business in perfect condition. It then becomes the BUYER'S RESPONSABILITY to claim for damages with the delivering carrier.
Upon return of the product(s) due to Customer's refusal to accept the order or wrong address, Fortune Distribution. / will issue a credit to the Customer's account in an amount equal to the value of the product(s). Shipping and handling charges

We highly recommend shipping to an address where someone will be able to receive the package when delivered.

No return of food is accepted, under any circonstances.

All shippings are done with USPS Delivery Service.

All shippings are paid by the purchaser, and the refund after loss will go the the Purchaser of the shipped goods.

Unfortunately, USPS packages cannot be tracked because it does not offer tracking. The numbers for the post office are Delivery Confirmations which update on the date first delivery is attempted.

"Fortune Distribution. /" is not responsible for lost, stolen, or otherwise missing packages shipped via any Carrier.
All the orders will be sent via USPS Parcel.

There is no Saturday, Sunday or Holiday pick up or delivery. We ship to all 50 US states, Puerto Rico, APO or FPO addresses
